Pricing F.A.Q.

Please note for all tattoo work, I charge by the piece, not by the hour. I will give you an estimate based on your booking form and our initial conversation, but it may change at our appointment if any major changes are made (size, placement, color, etc.)

This pricing is applicable to my NYC studio and prices may increase slightly for guest spots to accommodate travel fees.

PRICE LIST

  • DEPOSIT - A deposit is required at time of booking to hold your appointment, and must be completed within 48 hours. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable to future appointments.

    • COST: $100 ( + 15% tax/fee) This fee helps me to cover NYC Service Tax (4.5%) and Kings County Sales Tax (4.5%), and credit card processing fees.

  • FLASH PRICING - My minimum cost is $250

    • MINI (1-2”) Starts at $250 which allots for two minis. Then, each additional mini is $75, up to four in one session. This means you will still pay $250 even if you only want one, so it’s worth it to get two!

    • SMALL (2-4”) Between around $250-500 depending on color, size and placement

    • MEDIUM (4-6”) Between around $350-500 depending on color, size and placement

    • LARGE (6+”) Between around $450-750 depending on color, size and placement

  • CUSTOM PRICING - Between around $300-1000 depending on color, size and placement

  • Paying Your Balance I accept payments by cash and credit or debit card.

    • Please note digital transactions will incur a 15% tax/fee. (This fee helps me to cover NYC Service Tax (4.5%) and Kings County Sales Tax (4.5%), and credit card processing fees.)

    • I can also accept cash, which will not incur any additional fees. There is an ATM in our building’s lobby.

  • Tipping In the USA, typical practice is to tip your service provider around 20%. Tips help me cover my day to day expenses (as I pay a cut to my shop, for my own health insurance, extra self-employed taxes, etc.)

    • I can accept cash or Venmo. I cannot take tips via credit card.

  • Sliding scale / “Pay What You Can” Appointments This is a policy in which I offer discounted tattoos for my clients who self-identify as a Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, as well as sex workers, and public education teachers.

    • DEPOSIT - A deposit of $100 ( + 15% tax/fee) is required to book

    • BALANCE - At the conclusion of the appointment, your session is discounted 10-50%, and you can pay me what works for you in the range discussed.

  • Color Test Appointments This is a policy in which I offer discounted or free color test tattoos, to plan for future sessions with color ink. We do this to see how the ink color heals with your skin tone.

    • FEE - A fee of $50 will be charged at the time of appointment for those who do not self-identify as a Black, Indigenous, or People of Color, as well as sex workers, and public education teachers.
